Health Services

Because many of American YouthWorks’ (AYW) participants lack adequate health care, The RGK Foundation Downtown Youth Center for Health was created. Housed at AYW’s Downtown Campus, (216 E. 4th St.), this program is operated in partnership with People's Community Clinic (PCC).

The Health Center provides low cost and sliding scale health services to anyone between ages 16 to 23 without insurance, with medicaid/chip, or with parent's insurance but are seeking confidential treatment. No one is turned away if unable to pay!

Health services include:

• General Medical
• Yearly/physical exams
• STD testing and treatment
• Pregnancy Testing
• Birth Control
