Last night in San Antonio, AYW faced a very formidable Southwest Prepatory Southeast Charter High School. Despite a 14 point deficit, with four and a half minutes left in the game, and through the jeers of a very hostile crowd, our boys ended the game victoriously! With hard nose defense and the swagger of Kobe Bryant, our boys stayed mentally tough and focused on getting the job done. They epitomized true AYW Phoenix Spirit!! The team holds a winning record at 3-1. Go Phoenix!
