Environmental
Corps
Environmental
Corps (E-Corps) is an exciting and energetic American YouthWorks
program which allows youth, ages 17 to 28, to contribute to the
restoration and preservation of parks and public lands in Texas.
While playing this vital role in the community, students also pursue
their educational goals, such as attaining a GED or high school
diploma, or to pay off student loans.
Due to their dedication and hard work, the young
people of E-Corps have received many awards including the Points
of Light Foundation Presidential Service Award, Renew America Certificate
of Environmental Achievement, and Clean Texas 2000 Environmental
Excellence Award Youth Category.
